Dine Like You’re in the Swiss Alps at Stable

Stable is a new Swiss-American restaurant that just opened a few ago along the H Street Corridor. Chefs David Fritsche and Silvan Kraemer serve up carefully crafted recipes from their childhood in the Swiss Alps along with locally-sourced American fare. The unique fusion of both Swiss and American cuisines creates a whole new concept for the DC Metro area.

Start your meal off with their popular Ramp Spätzle topped with gruyere cheese and onion crisps or the melt-in-your-mouth Cheese Puffs. Another must-try is the Herb Crusted Lamb Loin served with asparagus, leeks, morels, and parisienne potatoes.

The restaurant is reminiscent of a warm Swiss chalet with wood accents, high ceilings, and lots of natural sunlight. Watch your meal as it's prepared in their open-concept kitchen, or try their Raclette Dinner Experience, an iconic Swiss cheese dish prepared right at your table. Their ever-changing menu also includes an extensive wine, beer, and cocktail list.
