Start by sharing a few snacks ("botanas") with your table, like the classic guacamole flecked with cotija cheese crumbles and the nachos loaded with braised lamb, corn, pico de gallo, poblano-queso, and crema. After a nosh or two, enjoy the tacos stuffed with slowly braised Creekstone brisket, tomatillo-avocado salsa, pico de gallo, cilantro, and lime wedges.
