Places to go and things to do when living in Brookland, DC.

Support Our Veterans by Participating in the Rolling to Remember Ride in Washington D.C.

The rolling to remember motorcycle ride is held by one of the most involved veteran’s service organizations in all of D.C., AMVETS, which has been serving the community for more than 75 years. To become a part of the AMVETS, you simply must have served or are currently serving in the U.S Armed Forces, which includes the National Guard.

On May 29, come out and be a part of the freedom ride for justice, and roll along with the Rolling to Remember motorcycle ride. The ride starts at 12 pm and leaves promptly from 22nd street. Prior to the race, there will be a bike staging, opening ceremonies, and a blessing of the bikes, so be sure to arrive early for the full event!

So, come honor those who have fallen, and the veterans that are suffering from post-war trauma and ride along at the Rolling to Remember event this spring. Visit https://www.rollingtoremember.com/itinerary online for more information and the full schedule of activities.
